Delivery Methods

Free pick up from our store (Propylaion 1, 2033): Your order will be processed and ready within 48 WORKING hours. Once your order is prepared, you will be notified via phone/SMS/email.

  1. Pick up from ACS courier: Choose one of the 40 ACS Courier pick-up locations in Cyprus. Your order will be ready for pick-up within 72 hours and it is free for orders over €100, for orders under €100 there is a charge of €5. You will be notified via sms when your order is ready for collection.
  2. Home delivery: The maximum delivery time is 5 working days. For delivery addresses in Nicosia, we offer next working day delivery for orders over €100.

Returns and Cancellation Policy

As a consumer, you are entitled to return all or part of your order within 10 working days of receiving the product. In such cases, you will be refunded through the same payment method used for the purchase.

The product will be inspected by our company’s Technical Department within two working days, and if it meets the specified criteria, you will be eligible to receive a refund or exchange it for another product of equal value.

Specified criteria for returns:

  • All items and accessories are included in their original packaging.
  • The original packaging, product, and accessories are free from damage.
  • Customers have the right to carefully open the packaging and handle the product only to the extent necessary to assess its characteristics, features, and functionality.

Online order Cancellation Process:

  • For orders with Store Pick up, you can cancel your order within 1 working day from the order confirmation date.

For orders with Home Delivery or Pick-up from an ACS Courier Pick-up Point, cancellation is allowed until the product is handed over to the delivery service. Once the product is dispatched, the order status will update, and cancellation will no longer be possible. However, you can still return the product according to our Returns Policy outlined in cases 1 and 2 above.

Payments and other security

Our e-shop offers multiple payment methods for your convenience. Customers can choose to pay in-store, use Visa, or transfer the amount directly to our IBAN account. Please note that we do not accept cheques as a form of payment.

Warranty

The warranty period is 24 months from the date of purchase and will not be shorter under any circumstances. If the product is replaced, the warranty will continue for the remaining part of the original 24-month period, starting from the purchase invoice date.

During the warranty period, at our discretion, repair the defective product free of charge, replace it at no cost, or terminate the agreement in accordance with Law N.154(I) 2021, provided that the defect is reported within 2 months of its occurrence, as required by Law N.154(I) 2021.

The limited warranty shall be valid only if the client presents the original product purchase receipt and delivers the product to our store.
